We are currently hiring skilled and personable Receptionists to join our dynamic team in Malta. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in front-facing roles and have a passion for creating positive first impressions.

As a Receptionist, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and providing exceptional service to clients and guests. Successful candidates will be based in Malta and offered a competitive gross salary ranging from €1,800 to €2,800 monthly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest needs and inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Provide accurate information both in-person and via telephone/email.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Senior High School (SHS) certificate up to Master’s degree.
  • Age Range: 22–35 years.
  • Gender: Open to both female and male candidates.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
