If any applicant provides false information and his/her visa/trip is denied based on the false information given to our company, there will be NO REFUND.

Note: After submitting this online registration form, please request for the payment link and pay your registration fee before the process starts. Send us the detailed or bio data side of your passport copy either through WhatsApp or email. Please, Scan the documents to us rather than using your phone to take pictures. Phone pictures are not accepted.

REFUND POLICY

PRC Ltd and its international immigration lawyers and recruitment partners do not have control over any embassies in the world or visa issuing agencies for any type of visa to our clients. Granting of all types of visas are the sole discretion of the embassy or visa issuing agencies. If any of our clients did not pass his/her interview, either due to his/her inability to satisfy the consular/interviewer or didn’t meet the requirements of the particular embassy or for any other reasons, the applicant’s deposit/down payment processing fee will be refunded less ALL the documentation expenses and PRC Ltd and partners services fees. The PRC Ltd and partners fee varies from service to service and will be determined at the time of the refund. All down payments refunds are due after 90 days of payment or upon the visa denial.
