In the event that an applicant is unsuccessful at a visa interview—whether due to an inability to satisfy the consular officer, failure to meet the specific requirements of the embassy, or for any other reason—the applicant’s deposit or down payment processing fee shall be refunded, less all documentation costs and PRC Ltd and its partners’ service fees.
Service fees charged by PRC Ltd and its partners vary depending on the type of service provided and will be determined at the time the refund is processed.
All approved down-payment refunds will be issued within ninety (90) days from the date of visa refusal.
