Rules / Guidelines for Independent Marketing Agents (IMA)
Independent Marketing Agents are allowed and advised to use our fliers and maintain the company’s brand name.
Independent Marketing Agents are not allowed by law of Ghana to add any fee to what the company is charging.
Independent Marketing Agents are not allowed to collect any money from prospective clients under any circumstance.
Independent Marketing Agents are to give our clients the company’s bank accounts or Momo numbers to make payments and send deposit slips or screenshots of Momo payment to the company numbers for an official receipt.
Independent Marketing Agents should inform clients that registration of Ghc300 is a one-time non-refundable payment for registration, processing fees, CV development and others.
Independent Marketing Agents should inform all prospective clients that processing costs are refundable less any expenses upon visa denial.
No IMA is allowed to use the company’s name to collect money in the name of the company or on behalf of the company. Offenders will face the law and possible imprisonment.
Independent Marketing Agents are to take part in Market Training Programmes in Accra, Kumasi or other regional capitals.
Agents should give company numbers for HR or managers to answer complex questions instead of attempting to answer all themselves.
Agents must forward all prospective client names and contacts to the offices for records and rewards, and ensure clients mention their names when contacting the company.
Agents will use their own resources to do their marketing.
Agents are not employees of the company and should pay any statutory levy required by law.
Agents will be paid after work permit/visa has been obtained and client has made final payment to the company.
All agents must register with Ghc1,000 and will go through an interview. After approval, an IMA card will be issued. The fee can be deducted from their first commission if unpaid upfront.
